A small Dutch host that owns its own metal
Serverbear is a brand of CBWS B.V., based in the Netherlands. We started by buying our own hardware and racking it in Eindhoven, so the servers we sell there are servers we actually own and maintain. For Singapore and Montreal we buy capacity from partner facilities — we say so plainly rather than dressing it up as a global footprint.
That means no mystery oversubscription, no bill that triples because a bot found your endpoint, and no support queue that answers in four days. We are small on purpose.
We own our Dutch metal
The Eindhoven hardware is ours — specced, bought and maintained by us, so when something breaks we can go and fix it. Singapore and Montreal are partner facilities, and we tell you which is which.
No surprise invoices
Free inbound, a hard cap on outbound, and prices that are maximums rather than starting points. Longer commitments cost less, never more.
Small on purpose
You get the person who racked the server, not a tier-one script. That only works at our size, so we intend to stay this size.
