Eindhoven runs on hardware we own outright — a mix of AMD EPYC Milan and newer, including Turin nodes, NVMe throughout, and up to 10 Gbit uplinks. Unmetered traffic, sub-10 ms to most of Western Europe, and the only location where we can build you something custom.

Frequently asked questions
What does pro-rated billing mean?
Our billing cycle runs on the 1st of each month. When you sign up, your first bill is pro-rated for the current month. If you join after the 10th, that first bill also includes the coming month, so everything lines up on the 1st afterwards.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes, on every plan at no extra cost. Our partner locations filter volumetric attacks up to 5 Gbps and protocol attacks up to 2.5 million packets per second; Eindhoven has no fixed ceiling. It is standard mitigation, not a scrubbing service — if you expect to be attacked at scale, talk to us first.
What happens if I exceed the outbound traffic limit?
In Eindhoven traffic is unmetered under our Fair Use Policy. Singapore and Montreal include 30 TB of outbound traffic; inbound is never counted anywhere. Outbound sits behind a hard cap under our no-surprise-bill policy — the service stops rather than generating overage fees. Mid-month add-on packages are in the works.
How fast do you deliver a server?
When the capacity is in stock, provisioning is quick — often the same day. When it is not, delivery depends on hardware arriving, and we will give you a realistic date rather than a guess. We would rather tell you to wait than promise a window we cannot keep.
What performance should I expect?
Every location runs at least AMD EPYC Rome; Eindhoven is a mix of EPYC Milan and newer, including Turin nodes. Disks are NVMe throughout, with a guaranteed floor of 15k IOPS. Published YABS benchmark results are available in the knowledgebase.
Can I order additional IP addresses?
Not at the moment — the current network setup does not support adding extra IPv4 addresses to these virtual machines.
Which operating systems do you support?
Debian 12 and 13, Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04, AlmaLinux 8, 9 and 10, and Rocky Linux 8, 9 and 10.
